Web 2.0 Case Studies: Big Picture —> tangible applications @ ECU

Library Staff Development I gave a short 30 minute presentation on Monday to some 35 of our library staff on Web 2.0. I was the opening guest speaker (!!) of a morning of PD on web 2.0, with a second day to be held in July. While a number of the staff have grasped the potential applications [...]

I have heard a number of great presentations and got a real buzz this morning from a Symposium presented by librarians from a number of institutions on PLE’s. However, in order to prepare for this afternoons [...]

Virtual Childbirth? Sarah Stewart - A Visionary health practitioner in the 21st Century

Ada Lovelace Day - Sarah Stewart Today is Ada Lovelace Day, and I pledged a number of months ago to write a post about an unsung heroine in technology that I admire. My unsung heroine is @SarahStewart or as non-geeky people might call her, Sarah Stewart. I had been planning a bit of time to write this, and [...]

I am currently upgrading my old (read REALLY old) Cert IV Workplace Trainer & Assessor qualification to the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Cert IV TAA). It’s been 5 years since I have had to use it, but thought since most of the team are undertaking [...]

Hi Sue

I used Ulead Video studio 9.0, as it came with the digital camcorder I bought. The speed up and transitions were all with the program.

Due to the fact that it is used for Auto students, I did include a disclaimer stating that the video was sped up for size purposes - Do not speed :~)

After seeing some of the videos presented on this site, I can't help but think how boring it is - especially my voice.
