With my students I discuss with them to need to outline ground rules with each other before they begin. That helps I think - I hope! And yes I also preferred to get on and do stuff myself.

I am nearing the end of the first cluster on multimedia and will do the next cluster - Education early next year. I am finding this assignment tricky as it is one with virtual teams and I think I am much better relying on myself to get assignments done than relying on others - how sad that I seem not to be a virtual team player but in real life I am known as a good team player. The things you find out about yourself!
