Unfortunately I can't give you a hand for the issue of non-native English people. I am among those persons that like to read English text rather than hear it. For two reasons: I don't have the time to listen (when I am at work I can't afford to have headphones - too many students and too much work to do). And secondly when I am at home my daughter needs all my attention and - again - I seldom find a time to listen. That's why I am not so involved in podcasting.
Though I like videoclips - I found much easier to gain knowledge i a visual way.
Thanks for the link about sharing Google -- one more reason why I can say Google Rocks. Also like to thank you for the article on Ning tabs was wondering how Steve did it. Unfortunately Carmen is no longer at work so have no translator but that is ok I get the general gist from your articles.
Now I know you are expressed with Ning so assume that you know the key with managing the information from this site is to send the RSS feeds from the Forum and Blog through to a Feed Reader like Google Reader or Bloglines.
We do have several people on this site that English is a second language. They have indicated that for them it is easier to hear the information spoken than read text. Can you provide some guidance as to how I can make it easier for them to gain from the information on this site?
