I have my computers set up so that iGoogle is my home page in my web browser. I also deleted your password from my page.
In terms of help - what is the best - as you know your skills level - 1. I can give you the instructions on how to set up, 2. I can set up an iGoogle account for you, 3. We could use Elluminate and I could talk you through the process.

The key with managing the information from this site is to send the RSS feeds from the Forum and Blog through to a Feed Reader like Google Reader or Bloglines. This means that the information comes to you and you do not need to keep coming back to the site to find out the latest information.
